Rules for this drill:
- Dribble out to the elbow, then complete the move using one or two dribbles
- Complete a layup, a finger roll, a jump stop towards baseline, jump stop towards middle, spin towards baseline, and spin towards middle
- Two makes per move, then switch sides
Coaching cues:
- Pound the ball hard on your dribble to get it back into your hands quickly
- Stay low to keep your balance and your power
- Move quickly through this drill to simulate game speed
